Property tip submissions

By submitting a property tip, you agree that the information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and that you have a legitimate basis for sharing it. You retain no ownership rights in submitted tips once received. We may use submission information internally for evaluation, research, and outreach.

Rewards

Submitting a property tip does not guarantee payment. Every submission is reviewed individually. Rewards, if any, are determined at our sole discretion and only apply to accepted leads that result in a closed opportunity. The amount, form, and timing of any reward is not promised in advance and may vary based on the specifics of the lead, the closing, and applicable law.

No real estate agency

Submitting a property tip does not create a real estate agency, brokerage, or referral relationship between you and Six Figure Leads, and does not require you to hold any license. You are not authorized to negotiate, represent, or otherwise act on behalf of Six Figure Leads with property owners or other parties.
