FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a real estate license?

No. You are not being asked to sell, negotiate, solicit, or represent anyone. You are only submitting a property observation.

Should I contact the owner?

No. Please do not contact owners on our behalf.

Can I go onto the property?

No. Do not trespass. Only submit what you can safely observe from public areas.

Am I guaranteed to get paid?

No. Some verified property reports may qualify for compensation depending on program rules, location, and applicable law. Submission does not guarantee compensation.

What happens after I submit?

We review the report, check for duplicates, research the property, and update your private status page.

What kinds of properties should I submit?

Vacant-looking, boarded-up, neglected, fire-damaged, overgrown, abandoned-looking, or clearly distressed properties. Do not submit occupied homes just because they look ordinary.
