About Six Figure Leads

A property-intelligence desk. We collect local property observations, review them, and determine whether they may be useful to qualified real estate operators.

We are not a brokerage. We are not asking you to sell, solicit, negotiate, or contact owners. Submitters are not employees, agents, brokers, partners, or representatives of Six Figure Leads.

How we treat submitters

Every submission gets a private status link so the submitter can see where their report stands. We do not ask submitters to take any action beyond sharing what they observed from a public area. We do not ask for door-knocking, owner outreach, or any field work.

Compensation

Some verified reports may qualify for compensation depending on program rules, location, and applicable law. Submission does not guarantee payment. We will not promise an amount, a timeline, or an outcome in advance.
